Description
Wire thread insert, a new type of threaded fastener, is a spring-shaped concentric body with internal and external threads, which is made of stainless steel wire with rhombic cross-section with high strength, high precision and smooth surface. It is an insert developed to protect the threaded hole of non-ferrous metal. It is screwed into and fastened in the threaded hole of one of the connected parts to form an internal thread that conforms to international standards, and its shape is similar to that of a spiral spring, with higher hardness and better surface roughness. There are two types: ordinary type and locking type. Locking type is to add one or more locking rings on the basis of ordinary type. Wire thread insert is embedded in the threaded holes of low-strength engineering materials such as aluminum, magnesium alloy, cast iron, glass fiber reinforced plastic, plastic, etc. It has the functions of high connection strength, earthquake resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance, can disperse stress to protect the threads of the matrix, and greatly prolongs the service life of the matrix. In addition, wire thread insert can also be used as a repair method when the thread on the original matrix is broken or disordered, so that the whole matrix will not be scrapped, and the maintenance is convenient, rapid and economical.

1.To avoid the plate deformation and optimize the product performance, when selecting products, the distance from the center of the selected product hole to the edge of the mounting plate should be as close to or higher than the standard value as possible.
2.The diameter of the punching hole corresponding to the mounting hole shall be controlled within +.011"/.025mm. The punching hole must be kept sharp, and the installation direction of the fastener should be consistent with the that of the punching hole.
3. An appropriate mouth position code shall be selected according to the thickness of the plate, and the nut with high mouth position will be prior- itized if it is possible.

The screws are sealed in plastic bags, which are filled with antirust oil and packed in cartons. Bulk in cartons (25kg Max.)+wood Pallet or according to customer special demand.
